About me
Hi, all! I'm Olivia, an Induction Specialist with the New Teacher Induction and Mentoring Team. I coach veteran teachers across CPS who are mentoring new-to-CPS educators in their school buildings. I'm a former middle school ELA teacher of 10 years with experience at Lee Elementary on Chicago's Southwest Side, but I got my start in the Kansas City area. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary English Education and an M.Ed in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Kansas as well as an M.Ed in Educational Administration and Leadership from Emporia State University. I'm looking forward to learning with you!
